Shipping & returns

Shipping

• We currently ship to: US.
• Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders over $150.00.
• Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that.
• You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

To start a return, email hello@example.com with your order number. Custom and personalized pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged in transit

Handmade pieces are packed carefully, but accidents happen. If something arrives broken, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
