Jadewave ("we") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, and the items you buy.
• Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your cart: stored in your own browser (local storage) until you check out. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Visit statistics: anonymous, aggregated page-view counts (Vercel Web Analytics). No cookies are used and no personal profile is built.
• Language preference: one cookie that remembers the language you chose.
• Your account (optional): if you create one, we store your email, your name if you give it, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password that we can't read, plus a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How we use it

• To process, ship, and support your order
• To email you order confirmations and shipping updates
• To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records

We don't sell your information or send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), Vercel (hosting and visit statistics), Neon (database), and the shipping carrier that delivers your package.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes, typically 7 years.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@example.com.
