These terms apply when you buy from Jadewave, based in Portland, Oregon, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.
Handmade items
Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in color, size, glaze, grain, or weave are part of its character and not defects. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary.
Prices and payment
Prices are in USD. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Stripe. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we'll refund you in full.
